Owen Bailey, MSHA, FACHE, Chief Executive Officer and Senior Associate Vice President for Medical Affairs of USA Health, the health system for the University of South Alabama, has been awarded the Alabama Hospital Association’s highest honor—the Gold Medal of Excellence.
