The Alabama Hospital Association understands that a comprehensive Quality and Infection Prevention Program is essential to the framework for enhancing patient safety, improving care quality, and preventing infections. By focusing on education, compliance, and continuous improvement, we aim to support hospitals in fostering a culture of safety and excellence, ultimately leading to improved health outcomes for patients and their communities.
AlaHA provides members with a strong foundation for advancing quality and infection prevention through resources, education, and peer connection. Benefits include:
- Participation in monthly Quality Task Force meetings and twice-yearly Quality Forums
- Access to the AlaHA Quality listserv and/or the Infection Prevention listserv for statewide collaboration
