Alabama Healthcare Leadership Summit

REGISTRATION

Hospital Registrant Fees

• $300 – First hospital registrant
• $275 – Each additional registrant from the same hospital (not system)
• $50 – Spouse and/or guest registration (Friday reception and Saturday breakfast)

Sponsor Registrant Fees

• First Three Sponsor Registrations – Included in yearly sponsorship package 
• $275 – Each additional sponsor registrant
• $50 – Spouse and/or guest registration (Friday reception and Saturday breakfast)

Other Association Registrant Fees

• $350 – Includes all programs, Friday Reception, and Saturday Breakfast
• $325 – Additional registrant from the same organization
• $50 –  Spouse and/or guest registration (Friday reception and Saturday breakfast)

Note: AlaHA will cover the cost of registration and accommodations for elected officials and special guests.

Cancellation Policy: A $25 per-person fee will be assessed on all cancellations received on or before Jan. 9. Please note: After Jan. 9, there will be no refund for cancellations, except for medical reasons. You may always send a substitute.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

All registrants, except elected officials, will need to make their own hotel accommodations. A discounted rate of $229 plus taxes and fees is available for hotel rooms at Renaissance Ross Bridge Resort if reserved by January 9.
