Registration

The following training is being sponsored by the Alabama Hospital Association and the Georgia Hospital Association. Hospitals can register for one session at $100 each per hospital or can register for all five sessions for $400 per hospital. Once registered, the primary contact will receive an email with the Zoom link(s) for the selected sessions. The primary contact may forward the email to others in the facility to participate (no limit on the number participating per hospital). Note, all sessions will be recorded with the recording available for 60 days after.

Paying by check:

Click the “Submit Form” button below to send your registration to AlaHA. Make your check payable to the Alabama Hospital Association and mail payment, along with a copy of the registration to: Alabama Hospital Association, 500 North East Blvd., Montgomery, AL 36117.

Paying by credit card:

Once you click the “Submit Form” button below, the confirmation page will also provide instructions for paying via PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal account to use the service.)
