For almost 100 years, Alabama’s hospital leaders have worked together to ensure a stable health care environment that provides the best care possible for patients.
AlaHA’s government relations staff continues a strong collective voice today, both in Washington and in Montgomery. They represent hospitals with state lawmakers and congressional leaders and then work with regulating bodies as laws are implemented to ensure meaningful policies that do not cause undo burdens on providers. The staff also handle questions about issues related to state and federal statutes.
